- Who actually attends the ninety minutes?
- One partner — the person who will write your memo. Occasionally a second partner joins for a portion of the call if the question spans strategy and identity. There are no junior strategists, no observers, and no account managers in the room.
- What happens if the memo arrives late?
- It doesn't cost you anything extra — it costs us the engagement. The Leap is delivered within ten working days of the session, or the $1,200 is refunded in full. We have not missed that window since 2021.
- Who owns the intellectual property in the memo?
- You do, in full, the moment we deliver it. The frameworks and methods behind it (the Leap Diagnostic, the Brand Leap Canvas) remain ours — but the recommendation, the reasoning, and the written output are yours to publish, share with your board, or hand to investors without restriction.
- Does the Leap convert into a longer engagement?
- Sometimes. About 39% of Leap Diagnostics lead to a second project within six months — usually a repositioning, a brand identity system, or a category strategy sprint. We will tell you plainly during the follow-through call whether that is the right move. If it isn't, we point you somewhere better.
- How do I schedule, and what is the refund policy?
- You book a slot directly through the calendar below — no back-and-forth email. We hold the time for 24 hours while payment clears. Full refund up to 72 hours before the session; 50% refund within 72 hours; no refund for no-shows, because the partner has already done the intake work.
- What if my question isn't a fit for a single session?
- Tell us in the intake brief and we'll be straight with you during the hypothesis review. If the question genuinely needs a four-week engagement, we will say so — and credit your $1,200 toward that engagement. We don't take the money and pretend we can answer a question that requires a different format.
